Purchasing, finance and property administration Directorate

Under the director there is procurement, general service team leaders and finance and planning, monitoring and evaluation section are separately managed under this director.

As the name stated this director have five sections these are:-

  1. Finance section main role are to manage over all  flow of financial
  2. Purchasing section to procure service and material according  to rule and regulation

Execute public procurement in a perfectly ethical and skillful manner

Carry out public procurement in accordance with Proclamation

  1. General service section to maintain the all of the office equipment
  2. Transportation service section to deliver transport service for the office works.
  3. Cleaning and beauty section carry out cleaning service for all offices.
  4. Security service section to bring secured and protected the office
  5. Planning and monitoring and evaluation section carry out planning, reporting, budgeting and monitoring and evaluation of the organization.
